What is a Building Inspection?

This is a physical inspection of the property you are looking to buy.

The report details the condition and damage to a property – both internally and externally. This allows you to find out both major and minor defects – problems which can include issues such as rising damp, movement in the walls (cracking) and potential safety hazards, before it costs you dearly. The information from the inspection will help you avoid expensive repairs and can affect the purchase price.

Our reports are thorough and easy-to-read and will provide you with the key information you need to help you make a wise purchase decision. In addition, we also provide an estimate of repairs costs associated with any problems uncovered.
We’re happy to pay particular attention to any areas of concern that you may have at no extra charge. Our inspectors will also make themselves available to discuss the findings of your report with you.
