As of July 1, 2025, the NSW Government will introduce updated Strata Inspection Fees as part of broader reforms to the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015. The new strata search fee will be $66 including GST, previously $34.10. This new increase will be reflected in our pricing on July 1, 2025
