Prices
Prices listed on our web site are in Australian Dollars and include all relevant taxes including G.S.T (Australian Goods & Services Tax).
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error or calculation error, Pink Inspections shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Pink Inspections shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment has been made.

Payment Methods
Credit or Debit Card
We accept Visa & MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using Visa & Mastercard to make purchases on the Pink Inspections web site. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

The checkout on Pink Inspections is secured using a 256 bit encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate provided by GeoTrust. All payments are processed using our payment gateway (Eway) and our bank (NAB). No credit card information is stored on the Pink Inspections web server.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy
Where a report is provided that, in a materially significant way, is not as described and generally as shown in the sample on our website, we will issue a refund. Our access to properties is limited by the owner or their representative and in the case of strata or company title inspections, we can only inspect those records made available to us. No refund will be made where our access to a property or to records has been limited. If we don’t send the report to the nominated email address within 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) of gaining access to the property (or books and records in the case of a strata inspection) we will issue a refund.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, and providing the inspection has not commenced, a cancellation fee of $100 inc gst will apply. No cancellation is possible once the inspection has commenced.
